All Clients Can Expect the Following:

An approach that’s tailored for your coaching goals, that’s mindful of connecting your body, mind, emotions, and thoughts. An approach that’s aware there are conflicting parts within you.

 

All these impact your relationship with yourself and other people. 

You can expect four coaching sessions every month. Individualized attention every week until your goals are met. You can expect a trauma-specialized coach with 20+ years of experience to coach you  so you can be firmly on the path you’ve chosen - leaving the past behind, and living in the present with an eye to the future.
